A Soldiers Life
Give praise to those who come home
And mourn those who lay in a tomb
They gave there lives to save others
Now help each other for we are all brothers
They do it because they care
But is putting their lives on the line fair
Their family and friends fear
While others just party and drink beer
When the terrorist attacked they were there
But some people just didn’t care
Lay flowers on the graves of those buried
And comfort the wives of the married
Now if you receive a letter
I will try to make it better
Now say your prayers
And don’t worry he’ll be back because he cares
