True Friends

true friends are hard to find
more rare that silver or gold
there for you each and every time
a piece of your very soul
they're always there to joke and laugh
to calm and ease you when your mad
to show you reason
cheer you up
and teach you all kinds of crazy stuff

true friends are amazing things
so kind, so warm, so loving
they say the things that sooth the pains
warn you when trouble's coming
even when the skies are dark
when rain does fall
you break your heart
true friends are there to dust you off
to make you smile
and assure you they're there for a good long while,

time parts friends it's sad but true
some stay in touch, some don't, most do
life brings change that's all i know
that, and don't ever let a true friend go.

It reminds me of what I am doing. I didn't have internet for ages and lost touch with alot of people, now I am trying to get back in touch with all of them and bring this site back to life. I'll be sending a PM to you soon noel and I hope we can talk soon.
