I still hate to cry

I still hate to cry,
theres no reason behinds these tears,
yet they flow once more,
I can not hide my pain
I still hate to cry
People long to help me
They can't,
They try to stop me,
They can't.
So I sit alone and cry
and weep and wail.
I still hate to cry
But I can not help but to cry
for those bitter sweet memories,
And as I cry I mutter angrily
"I still hate to cry" and begin to cry once more.

I suddenly found myself crying this night, and came up with this. It may not ryme or anything, if you do not like it the way it is and want me to work on it, leave a comment and I'll change it.
