Would anyone care if I disappeared

Always brought down and usually being told that
I am sad and low
Its not always so
It always depends on the situations
Yes I do seem upset sometimes

And sometimes I'm not even sure

Why do I never get this help?
I hate how things seem to mostly go

Are they ignored?
