Where’s my strength?
Is it gone?
No
It’s not
It’s in my friends and family.

I am not weak
I am not dumb
I am loving of all
But I am also hurt.

The pain I feel
It does hurt
It is crippling
It is a spreading ripple
On a growing pool.

It may hurt
But I can’t let it win
I can’t
I won’t
I must win.
