I see this every damned night

I see/feel this every night after I end up having a flash backs.

I'm either 5 on wards or on ward, I'm lying down and suddenly I'm in this HUGH room. Theres this button on the floor I pick it up or at least try but as I bend down to pick it up it gets smaller and smaller. I'm then not able to pick it up as it is so small, I look around and suddenly everything is far away and small. I then hear something coming towards the room, the doors banged down and a all that has these horrid faces and hands that reach to grab me, I know I will get killed if they catch me so I run. Everywhere I go it follows, I can't escape it. Then I wake up, and most of the time it's still there, but I'm not afraid of it now so I don't run and ignore it now, but it leaves me feeling wierd.
